We offer an array of group fitness classes - spin, strength, combo classes, stretch, foam rolling + more. Classes are offered 7 days a week with some of Tulsa’s most experienced instructors, all in a private boutique setting.

SPIN CLASSES

This isn’t your daughters spin studio. We offer spin classes in a very relaxed atmosphere; we ride to great music & typically even sing along. Some of our instructors do light choreography & some keep the ride traditional.

New to spin? No problem! You’ll find our studio great for newbies as we encourage ALL fitness levels! Our motto at PbM is “it’s your bike, your ride.”

While we don't provide used shoes, our spin bikes do accommodate both SPD-equipped clips & standard exercise shoes.

STRENGTH CLASSES

Did you know lifting weights is critical in losing weight, gaining confidence and aging gracefully?! Challenge yourself to join a strength class at least twice a week & you’ll be amazed how quickly your fitness and strength will build. Our instructors will actively coach you through the basics on your first few visits.

All of our classes can be adapted to any fitness levels.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel up to 6 hours prior to your reserved class start time with no penalty. Cancellations and no-shows will be counted as a used session.

Fun fact about Joy - she has been in the fitness industry since 1998 where she began personal training & leading water aerobics! Since then, she has continued leading all sorts of group fitness classes. Not only does she teach classes, but she offers weekly meals for clients! Our new location at 13th & Peoria provides our clients with approx 2500 sq.ft of exercises space, 3 restrooms, 2 dressing rooms & a private shower! Tons of parking & a bonus is the Midland Valley Trail is right next to us!

Reminder, you will need to access our parking lot & entrance via Owasso Avenue. There is an option to drive through an alley, but PLEASE drive slow as clients might be crossing.

Bear with us as the exterior is still ‘on hold’ as the owner of the building complex is awaiting tenants to lease the 2 buildings adjacent to us. Think of it as a ‘speak easy’ / secret gym ;)

We chose the back side of the building to be our main entrance because of the proximity to our parking lot. AND the landlord has future plans of reconfiguring the westside entrances of the complex to be much more welcoming (so exciting!).

We recognize the city of Tulsa is dealing with a surge of people living on the streets & like the majority of Tulsa businesses, we occasionally have individuals sleeping near our gym. At this time, we haven’t experienced any serious issues. If you feel uneasy at any time, contact your trainer for assistance. As a community, this is a challenge for everyone & the Mayor is on a mission to help those less fortunate.
