WHAT WE OFFER

  • Classes range from indoor cycling, foam rolling/stretching classes, yoga, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), LIT (Low Impact Training), and "MoMethod" (30min FULL-body workout based on Monique Washington’s effective method). Classes are offered 7 days a week with Tulsa’s most experienced instructors, all in a private boutique setting.

    New to spin classes? No problem – we welcome ALL fitness levels! Our motto at PbM is “it’s your bike, your ride.” Our community ranges from 20 to 80 years old. Enjoy amenities such as fresh towels (plus chilled ones after class), complimentary water, padded seats, dressing rooms, and a hydration station.

    While we don't provide borrowed shoes, our spin bikes accommodate both SPD-equipped clips and basic workout shoes. Bring your positive mindset, tune out the world, have a blast, and torch some serious calories!

    One of the great things about studio cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With proper instructing, you can gauge the level of the workout to match your own goals and abilities. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your fitness and strength will build. Our instructors will actively coach you through the basics on your first few visits. All of our classes can be adapted to any fitness levels.

    SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT

    To set up an account, you must go to the online reservation system or download the PbM app, then create a username and password for yourself. Once you do that, you can purchase a single class or series of classes that suits your needs, make reservations, and keep track of your attendance.

    PURCHASE A SERIES

    In order to attend, you must purchase a series before you can reserve a spot. You can pay by check or credit card at Physiques by Monique, or simply use our online scheduling software, an easy way for you to purchase a series, reserve bikes, or manage your account. All sales are final and have expiration dates.

    SIGN-UPS & RESERVATIONS

    It is currently not required to reserve a spot in advance, but it is highly encouraged and will simplify your visit. Bikes can be reserved from 1 hour to 1 week in advance. If you are a walk-in, please use our sign-in sheet to get started.

    STUDIO/CLASS ETIQUETTE

    While our studio is very casual, warm, and welcoming…we do ask that cell phones are at least in silent mode. If you must make a call, please excuse yourself away from the class. Let’s talk about talking…we will give you the warm-up song to get your conversations wrapped up, then please save chatter until after class. It’s very disturbing to those around you.

    WALK-IN AND BIKE RELEASE POLICY

    You can currently walk in without a reservation, and if there are open bikes, you can pay for a ride at that time or use your purchased series. If you reserve ahead of time, please be on time. Empty bikes will be released to walk-ins at the start of every class.

    CANCELLATIONS

    You can cancel up to 6 hours prior to your reserved class start time with no penalty. Cancellations and no-shows will be counted as a used session. Please update your email address to ensure we are able to communicate with you. If you cancel before the 6-hour start time, it will be returned to your class series. If you have not canceled your bike 6 hours before the class, you will be charged – all sales are final.

    *unlimited riders must have a credit card on file, if you late cancel/no show & your reservation prevents another client from riding your credit card will be charged the drop in rate of $18.
